This is an ONE YEAR and 7 months old case, in the city of Moldova Noua, Caras-Severin County in Romania...and ROMANIANS have done everything to find that monster...if you do not know, about these cases you discover now, please ask..
the Romanian Police couldn't find him because the man who filmed this horror has not been found, because that TV station can release the name of their sources ONLY with a court order...
Please be so kind and stop trying to solve by your self animal abuse cases in Romania.
Please understand that there are CAPABLE PEOPLE IN DOING IT IN ROMANIA...Please stop treating Romanians as if they were DUMB...
Your interference in this kind of cases, as some sort of POLICE from abroad is a little bit insulting towards Romanian who FIGHT LEGALLY all the time..
If you wish to make a petition, than it is OK, just make sure you send it to the right recipients because you have the tendency to send it to different counties, as you did when you were looking for the villagers who bit a gray Horse..
An for your knowledge this EMAIL IS PRIVATE...you are NOT ALLOWED to post it on FACEBOOK...only you, and Romanian Officials from Animal protection are allowed to read it...
Please stop interfering with legal actions taken in Romania by Romanians, and stop trying to find private detectives to solve Romanian individual animal abuse cases...too much UNSOLICITED " help" from abroad might diminish the COMPETENCE and the AUTHORITY of Romanian Rescuers...
Please let the Romanian Animal Protection people and the Romanian police TAKE CARE OF THIS CASES....stop interfering.
